AMRAP 10 minutes
3 Box Jumps (or any solid surface you can jump to)
6 V ups
Kettle Bell swings (any light object you can safely hold onto for this movement)
CrossFit Darts – Use chalk to mark different size circles on the ground. Try to land the ball in the target and see how many points you can get
