Hey Families! Here’s a Kids version of todays Adult WOD.
Rock around the Clock:
Set up 12 cones and label them 1-12 in a circle like the face of a clock. Make your way around the clock as many times as you can in 8 minutes. Each time you get to 12 do 2 forward rolls before continue.
Odd numbers: Hang Cleans
Even numbers: Burpees
