Hey Families! Here’s a Kids version of todays Adult WOD.
CAP 11 Minutes
Each minute you add a rep until you cannot do all the reps in the minute. Ex: Minute 1 – One front squat and one rope jump. Stop at 11 minutes.
House hold item obstacle course
Find items around the house to build an obstacle course, broom handles, buckets, cones etc. make up your own course with the items. Don’t forget to make spots to do squats, burpees, jumping jacks etc along the way! Go through the course 4-5 times. Rest as needed.
