Hey Families! Here’s a Kids version of todays Adult WOD.

Challenge Day:  How long does it take you to?

Run 100m
Do 25 Burpees
Do 50 Squats
Make sure you write down your scores so you can try again on a later date.


CrossFit Darts – Use chalk to mark different size circles on the ground.  Try to land the ball in the target and see how many points you can get
