This years categories will be:
- Greens (salads, veggie sides, etc)
- Main Dish (meats, soups, cassaroles, etc)
- New: Youth Division! * (Any recipe prepared by an 18-and-under chef. Please no desserts, and we would love a photo of your junior chef in action!
Ingredient list must include only WHOLE FOODS (still in the same form as when it was hunted or harvested, and no refined sugar). As always, we are happy to help you modify favorite recipes to meet these criteria.
Please submit recipes prior to Friday October 26.
If cooking is not your thing, come for the TASTING, and the FUN! There will be Games for all ages and prizes for participants in the food competition *
