Double underhand throws for distance: Keep your Angry Gorilla Back while you throw the 4-6 lb medicine ball down the turf

WOD: 

CrossFit Baseball!

Single- 5 Box jumps

Double- 5 Toes to bar

Triple- 5 Deadlifts

Home run- 3 Forward rolls
