30 Single Unders

15 Tricep Pull Downs

8 Stink Bug Push Ups

HSPU skill work

50 Double Unders

40 Cal Ski/ Row

30 Burpees 

20 Handstand Push Ups

10 Dips

 

Skill/mobility:

Tall Snatch  3 sets of 7, add # as appropriate
