Warm Up:

Sit Ups
Good Mornings (pvc/broom)
Low Box/step jumps
Pause Squats
High knees (1st time) Butt Kickers (2nd)

Skill:

Double Under skills
Warm up Deadlifts and Front Rack Lunges

 

WOD:

5 Rounds for Time
Run 100 M
20 Double Unders
15 Deadlifts
10 Front Rack Lunges
