8 Renegade Rows (keep weight below 3 lbs or just do shoulder taps)
8 Tuck jumps
8 Lunge steps
Choose one person to be Simon. If “Simon Says” you must do the action, if they do not say Simon Says don’t do the action. Be silly and have fun!
