Skill work:

Squat with a bean bag and toss in the air at the top of squat.  See how high you can toss the bag.  

WOD

2-3 Rounds

2 Forward Rolls

3 Box Jumps

4 Oompa Loopa Push Press (Ooompa Loompa I Don’t Know)

Run and Pick Up a Bean Bag and Squat with it tossing it in the air at the top.  Leave it where it is and run to it for the next round.
