Warm Up:

Run 400m
then 
2x Through-
15 Banded/PVC GMs
12 Sit Ups
12 Pause Squats

 

Skill:

Deadlift Review

 

WOD:

Deadlift
3-10-2-10-1-1-1

*WOD at home: 10-20-30-40-30-20-10

(Assuming only light weight is available.) Take appropriate rest between sets (2-3 min) and try to do each set unbroken.
