Workout of the Day
In teams of 4ish, Complete the following for time:
30 Calories on the Rower
30 Pull Ups
30 Push Press (115/ 85)
30 Box Jumps
30 Front Rack Lunges (135/ 95)
Teams will start one at a time and go through the workout in order. Team mates may only move to the next exercise when the person in front of them has completed all of the required reps. The workout is finished when the last team member completes the last lunge.
