Push Ups

PVC Pass Throughs 

PVC Thrusters

 

Skill:

Pull ups Drills-

Arch/hollow (floor), Kipping Swings, Press Away at Top 

HSPU Drills- 

Shoulder opener, Shoulder Taps (box/wall), Tripod Hold/Press Out

 

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 10 Minutes of:

5 Handstand Push Ups

7 Pull Ups

9 V Ups

Weakness Work
