12 Tricep Press Downs
10 Pause Squats
Skill:
Kipping Dip Drills
Warm up Dumbbell Front Squat

Row 500 M
12 Dips
12 Dumbbell Front Squats

*WOD at Home:
Do a Tabata jump rope in place of Rowling.
If you don’ t have a band, you can do Skull Crushers instead of bandy press downs, just keep it light or use only one DB.
Sub Running for Rowing in the WOD and use a bench or box for dips if needed.
