Warm Up:

Run 400m
Mixed Tabata (3 rounds):
Banded GMs
Single DB Skull Crushers
Jumping Lunges 

 

Skill: 

Banded Overhead Distraction 
Alternating Dumbbell Snatch
Overhead DB Lunge Step

 

WOD:

4 Rounds for Time of:

10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch
10 Dips
10 Overhead Lunge Steps

 

Skill/Mobility:

Banded Elbow Distraction

 

*WOD at Home:

Banded GM – do Good Mornings with PVC
Banded Overhead Distraction – While standing, grab onto something stable and shoulder height.  Bend at the hip and sit back until you feel a good stretch in the shoulder
Dips – use a box or bench
In the WOD, alternate which arm is overhead by round
