45 Sec Hip Circle Steps

45 Sec Jump Rope

As Many Rounds as possible in 30 Minutes of:

1-10 10 Pull Ups

        10 Burpees

11-20 5 Deadlifts

         10 Toes to Bar

         15 Front Squats

21-30 Run 200 M

          30 Double Unders

          15 Hand Stand Push Ups
