Find a new 1 Rep Max in the Back Squat, Shoulder Press, and Deadlift
You will have 3 official attempts at each lift. Warm up as much as you wish, however once you are ready to start your attempts, you must be judged by the trainer on the movement. Squats must be below parallel, Presses must not have any knee flexion and deadlifts must be returned to the ground under control to count as a good lift. This one takes a while, so come in and move some weight!
460, pr- 165#BS (pr), 45# press, 250# DL (pr). I have been chasing that deadlift number for 2 years. Thanks 4pm for the encouragement!
