10 reps each of:

Lung Walk

Push Up

Ring Row

PVC Overhead Squat

Hip Circle Side Steps


Complete a full Tabata of each movement.  Rest 1 minute between movements.  Score by lowest number of reps achieved in a given round of each movement.
