HSPU skill Work- Push UPS (shaping at the top),Tripod Press Outs, Negatives, Box HSPU

Hang Power Clean 

 

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 5 Minutes

Row 200 M

5 Handstand Push Ups

5 Hang Power Cleans

Rest 2 Minutes, go again.
