WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Warm Up:
Joint Prep
10 Kipping Swings
10 Hip Hurdles
6 Low Box Jumps

Skill:
Toes to Bar

WOD:
100 Toes to Bar for Time

With a two minute clock, perform 8 Burpees, 10 box jumps to start each round.  Once done with the box jumps perform as many toes to bar as possible in the remaining time until you complete 100.
