Warm Up:

AMRAP in 6 min, 8 reps each-

Banded GMs, V-ups, Banded Triceps Press Downs, Hanging Shrugs, Lunge Mornings

 

Skill:

Kipping Dip 

Warm up Deadlift/ Toes to Bar- between weight changes warm up T2B (Kipping, Kipping to “L”, full T2B)
