Workout of the Day
In Teams of Two:
As Many Rounds and Reps as possible for 5 rounds:
5 Ring Push Ups
5 Pull Ups
Each team will have a single barbell set up with 225 pounds for men or 155 pounds for women. Upon 3,2,1, go, one member will deadlift the barbell and hold it at waist level with nothing but his or her hands (no hip crease) while the other member performs as many rounds as they can of the above exercises. Each Member will perform 5 Separate deadlifts. Upon completion of all 5 dead lifts the workout is over, total up your rounds and reps and post them on the board.
