If you missed it in our Member Update Video last Sunday, we are switching to a 3-days-on/1-day-off schedule. It is a format we have not been able to do with regular gym hours but is entirely possible now.
Please take a day off of CrossFit and do something fun (bike, hike, paddle, play lawn games, whatever gets you outside).
