5-10 min Snatch Drill of choice-

Tall Snatch 
Hip Extension Drill
Foot Work Drill
Snatch Balance

*WOD at Home:

If you do not have a barbell, use a PVC.  Or, during the WOD, you can do Dumbbell Overhead Squats.
