WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Warm Up:

8 push Ups -> bear crawl (down and back) 

8 Mountain Climbers-> Spider-Man Stretch (d&b) 

8 PVC Push Press-> Toy Soldiers (d&b)

Jump Rope Warm Up

 

Skill:

Dumbbel Push Press

 

WOD:

For Time:

1 Burpee

3 Dumbbell Push Press

5 Double Unders

 

2, 3, 4, 5 Burpees

6,9,12,15 Push Press

10,15,20,25 Double Unders 

The rep scheme follows the pattern above.

SLIPS
