Amy, who recently earned her Scarlet Jersey, displays the work ethic required for such an honor. At the start of the Kettle bell workout last week Amy trotted out the 55 pound Kettle Bell, typically the “men’s” weight. Amy made light work of it however, upping the ante so to speak and setting a strong example for the rest of us in the gym. Congrats Amy, good work.
