Warm Up:

2 x Thru, 30 sec each
Plank Ups
Banded Good Mornings
Kettle Bell Dead Lifts
Box Jumps (step ups first round, jumps 2nd)
Jump Rope

Skill:

Plantar Smash
Double Under Skills  

WOD:
3 Rounds of 1 minute per station for total reps of:
Burpee Box Jump
Kettle Bell Swings
Double Unders
Deadlifts
Rest

Burpee Box Jumps – If you don’t have safe place to jump, just do regular burpees
Deadlifts – Keep it light and move fast
