Today’s workout will be a partner workout.
Complete the following for time:

20 Partner Squats
20 Steps Buddy Lunge Walk (2 people with barbell)
20 Partner Med Ball Sit Ups
1 Length of Gym Partner med ball toss and retrieve
20 Back to Back Plate passes (25#)
20 2 Person Overhead Squats
1 Length of the Gym wheelbarrow walk (switch places as needed)
As a team run 400 Meters
