Workout of the Day:

4 Rounds, not for time:

10 Ground to Overhead anyhow

Rest 1 Minute between rounds.

Reps don’t have to be unbroken, however if you are resting more than say 3-5 seconds between reps, you’re wrong.

Score by total accumulated weight overhead
