MWOD:

Banded Super Frog (2 Min each, Pg341)

Banded Olympic Wall Squat (3 min, Pg 343)

WOD:

Back Squat: 20 reps x 2 sets

Warm up and choose a weight that will be challenging by the 10th rep.  Probably somewhere between 60-70%

100 Barbell Lunge Mornings (50 Steps each leg)
