Last Saturday we had a pretty good turnout for the Paleo Potluck. There were around 10 different paleo safe dishes, not to mention a pretty good size group of people that shared all of the great changes that have happened in their lives since starting the Paleo Challenge. Our next Potluck will be a breakfast themed meal on the 7th of November immediately following the Saturday morning workout. Come on out and get some good grub!
