16 Lunge Steps
12 Push UPS
8 PVC Push Press
4 Burpees

Running Warm Up

 

Skill:

Calf Stretch 1 min each
Plantar Smash 1 min each
Warm up Push Press and Jumping Lunge 

WOD:

For Time:

Run 1 Mile

then

Alternating Tabata of:
Jumping Lunges
Push Press
