2 Forward rolls -> 10 yd Lunge walk -> 10 yd Frog hops -> 10 yd Backpedal -> 10 yd High knee skipping

Skill work:

Front Rack Relay:  Holding a dodgeball or light-weight/small diameter medicine ball between your elbows in the front rack position, walk/run around the cone and pass it off to a teammate.  


Partner AMRAP in a given amount of time of

5 Thruster passes (each)

5 Underhand passes (each)

15 yd Wheelbarrow walk (switch places each round)
