Skill work:
Front Rack Relay: Holding a dodgeball or light-weight/small diameter medicine ball between your elbows in the front rack position, walk/run around the cone and pass it off to a teammate.
WOD:
Partner AMRAP in a given amount of time of

5 Underhand passes (each)
15 yd Wheelbarrow walk (switch places each round)
