Hey Families! Here’s a Kids version of todays Adult WOD.
3 Ball Cleans (use whatever ball you have)
6 Sit Ups
9 Rope Jumps (or line hops)
REST 2 Min with Adults
Go again. Athlete can choose to change the three movements with ones using similar equipment ex: Ball Thrusters, V ups or Plank 20 seconds, Tuck Jumps or Burpees
Balance Drills: Practice your balance. (adults you might find this more challenging than you would expect). Take turns calling out things to do while standing one one foot.
Pat your head, rub your tummy, touch one foot with opposite hand, bend over and touch the ground with one hand, hop up and down, hold your leg in front, now to the back etc.
You can also make a line on the ground and see who can walk it without falling.
