Upside down wall straddle: Kick up to a handstand (with assistance if needed) on the wall. Once steady, slowly straddle feet apart and hold to represent the midpoint of a well executed cartwheel. Have more advanced athletes follow with a cartwheel along the wall trying to hit that same position.
Partner A holds a plank position, while Partner B completes 1 Cartwheel -> 50 yd Sprint (as a shuttle run)
Switch places and repeat
Every minute on the minute, switch movements for shuttle run (skip, backpedal, broad jump)
