2 Forward rolls -> 15 yd Line hop -> 5 Toes to bar -> Zig zag shuffle between the cones
Jumping “quick draw”: Start this drill standing on 2-3 stacked plates or rubber squares with thumbs in front of armpit and elbows high. Jump forward off the stack and swivel elbows under and forward into the front rack position (Laser beams high!). For an added challenge, try the starting with only the back half of the foot on the stack.
With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible, relay style, in a given amount of time. Both partners complete each sequence before moving on to the next one.
