*trainer notes – leave out the KB snatch and add in 10 KB deadlifts, and forget the “optional” stuff

 

Skill:

Double KB Push Press

*trainer notes – I’m not a fan of his stance per se but I like the position of the KBs for pressing

Bottoms up KB OH Lunge Steps (single arm) x 30 each arm (go light)
