Sef, shown here doing overhead squats with nearly perfect form, came to us with some flexibility issues. We take flexibility seriously at CrossFit Agoge, and Sef has managed to overcome the flexibility issues which has allowed him to put up some really strong numbers lately. Good job Brother!
