Workout of the Day:
Group Warm Up:
As Many Rounds as Possible in 7 Minutes at a Warm Up Pace of:
10 Hip Circle Side Steps
10 Squats
10 Push Ups
10 Barbell Push Press
10 Banded Strict Pull Ups
10 Box Jumps
WOD:
Partner up and perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
1 Rope Climb
10 Deadlifts (155/ 105)
15 Sit Ups
While the other partner runs 400 M
14 rounds + 1 rope (Team “6am after Halloween” Chad & Erin)
4 rounds + rope, dl, su, run 200m. Did myself, definitely would be better with partner. 🙂 Have a good weekend.
