Hey Families! Here’s a Kids version of todays Adult WOD.
AMRAP for 8 min
5 Deadlift
7 Hang Cleans
9 Push Press
Run 100m
GAME TIME:
Throwing and catching practice. With a ball stand about 2 ft from a partner. Have each person throw the ball to eachother. If both people are successful at catching the ball then each person can take a small step back. Continue to step back each time both people catch the ball. If one person misses the pair will take a small step forward. Continue and see how far you can get and still be successful at catching.
