Warm Up:
Brief Running Warm Up
CrossFit Warm Up 7-8 Reps each
Skill:
Movement Scaling
Calf stretch – 30 sec each
Paleo Chair – 1 min
WOD:
Murph:
Run 1 Mile
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Squats
Run 1 Mile
Mobility (if time permits)
Lax Ball Lat Smash
Couch Stretch
*WOD at home:
Pullups- Find something to hang on even if your feet touch the ground. Or bent over rows
Remember that the Hero Wods are about pushing yourself not incapacitating yourself. Scale reps, Partner up, maybe don’t worry about a weight vest!
