Static Spiderman Stretch, 1 min each
WOD:
Alternating Tabata of:
Air Squat
10 yd Shuttle Run (once down & back only)
Mobility:
Barbell Quad Smash, 90 sec each
Couch stretch against a box, 2 min each
Low Back Smash, over barbell, 90 sec
