Warm up:

Jump Rope Warm Up

 

Skill:

Knee Gap Mob 1 min each
Medicine Ball Clean Progression
(no, med ball? Do the same progression with DB)

 

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 5 Minutes, rest 2 Minutes then go again

5 Medicine Ball Cleans
10 Sit Ups
50 Double Unders

*if you do not have a medicine ball, substitute DB Squat Cleans instead
