Warm up:
CrossFit Warm Up
10-15 reps each (with mods for no equipment):
Sit ups
Hip Extension (Superman holds or Good Mornings)
Push Ups
Squats
Pull Ups (find something solid and hang under it even if feet touch ground, or bent over rows)
Dips (use box or bench/chair)
Skill
WOD
Practice 10 Minutes of SLIPS
Then:
21-15-9 Reps for time of:
Dumbbell Push Press
Dips (rings/station/bench/chair)
