400 M Farmer’s Carry (55 and 35# per hand)
30 Barbell Press (75/ 55)
30 Barbell Good Mornings
30 Barbell On Back Box Step Ups
400 M Farmer’s Carry
20:44- subbed DB 25# floor press. I’ll be honest, IMO the 35# DB were harder to carry than the KB in the farmer’s carry. Either way it was super challenging for me and fun. 🙂
