Update from the Arnold Classic

John and Kelly are in Columbus this weekend to help CrossFit Kids present at the Arnold Classic, a sport and fitness festival that is expected draw 170,000 spectators by the end of the 3-day event.

One of the coolest things I heard all day Saturday: “Did you notice how when everyone came in they all stood around in groups from their home gym, but afterwards, they were all mixed together talking?” Yes… we noticed.
