John and Kelly are in Columbus this weekend to help CrossFit Kids present at the Arnold Classic, a sport and fitness festival that is expected draw 170,000 spectators by the end of the 3-day event.

These next couple of months are going to be pretty busy for us (John & Kelly) as we get into full swing with the CrossFit Games season. Due to our various roles as instructors, vendors, (and competitors) we will both be traveling a lot and will need to put a couple of our classes on hold for now.
1. We will be suspending the Free Saturday Workout for the next couple of months. When the warmer weather comes, we will go back to the park and pick up where we left off.
2. The 7am class is no longer available. Our morning class times will continue to be at 6 and 9am, Open Gym is from 11:45 to 1:00, and the afternoon classes are at 4,5, and 6pm.

Gio shows us how to set up for a snatch during the “ground to overhead” workout we did last week. On a side note: This photo was taken during the 6pm class and there is natural light coming in through the window. Hang on, Spring is almost here…
