Workout of the Day

Tabata of:
Squats
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Run

*Tabata = 4 minutes of “20 seconds on/10 seconds off” for a total of 8 rounds of each exercise. You complete the tabata of one exercise before moving on to the next. One minute rest is permitted between each tabata. The workout is scored as the lowest number of reps performed in one round of each exercise
