400M Run
21 KBS (24kg/16kg)
12 Pull-Ups
*This workout is done with a partner. The first partner runs the 400M and when they return the second partner performs the 21 KBS. The first partner does 12 pull-ups and then the second partner heads out on the second 400M. Each partner should perform a full 3 rounds of ‘Helen’
