Skill work: Squat stance (squat/sprint drill)
WOD
Partner WOD
Partner 1: 1 squat, 1 push-up while Partner 2 holds plank position.
Partner 2: 1 squat, 1 push-up while Partner 1 holds plank position.
Partner 1: 2 squats, 2 push-ups while Partner 2 holds plank position.
Partner 2: 2 squats, 2 push-ups while Partner 1 holds plank position.
Continue in this manner until both partners have done 10 squats, 10 push-ups.
