In this photo, Marty M. shows us near perfect form on the dip and drive. This move may be the single most important move in all of sport. Notice how the knees go forward over the toes. You can’t see it because of his t-shirt, but his butt is moving back. His chest stays upright and all of his energy is translated to the bar. Never underestimate the importance of hip extension in whatever it is that you do.
